We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Clinical Insights Analyst (CIA) for ReachMD, subsidiary of US HealthConnect. The Clinical Insights Analyst is responsible for translating data into actionable insights that drive clinical learning strategy and campaign success across ReachMD's educational offerings. This role bridges data analytics with clinical context and educational design, working across business development, content, and operational teams to assess performance trends, identify audience engagement patterns, and formulate evidence-based recommendations for content optimization and strategic innovation. This client-facing, cross-functional role pairs analytical fluency with clinical understanding and educational intent, ensuring that ReachMD’s learning experiences not only reach the right healthcare professionals but also resonate meaningfully with their evolving knowledge needs.

Requirements

  • Possess an advanced degree in a clinical, scientific, education, data science, or public health (MD/DO, PhD, EdD, PharmD, NP, RN with analytics focus, MS in data science, etc).
  • Demonstrate strong aptitude for interpreting and communicating healthcare data in relation to clinical learning and education.
  • Understand the educational needs of healthcare professionals and the metrics that define successful learning engagements.
  • Be a persuasive storyteller who can translate data into client-ready insights and evidence-driven strategy.
  • Demonstrate confidence presenting complex data to both internal stakeholders and clients with varying levels of technical background.
  • Possess superior interpersonal skills to foster partnerships across analytics, business, and clinical teams.
  • Be able to work flexibly and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Be proficient with data tools and business intelligence (BI) platforms; experience with HCP behavioral and engagement data is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leading performance-based analyses of educational campaigns to identify knowledge gaps, content effectiveness, and opportunities for growth.
  • Interpreting learner behavior trends to guide audience targeting and engagement assessments.
  • Developing narrative-driven reporting packages that tell the story of campaign success and audience learning outcomes.
  • Collaborating with clinical, business development, data & analytics, and client service teams to ensure alignment between data interpretation and educational strategy.
  • Supporting educational plan designs by validating audience segments and projecting content impact through data-informed insights.
  • Working closely with clients to present results, explain analytical findings, and co-create pathways for future campaign innovation.
  • Creating internal frameworks and dashboards to streamline insight generation and improve institutional understanding of audience behaviors.
  • Advising content teams on measurable learning objectives and key performance indicators for proposed and ongoing programs.
  • Synthesizing information from analytics platforms, client reports, and clinical literature to provide contextual depth and strategic recommendations.
