About The Position

Circana is looking for professional and sharp analytic minds to execute, analyze, and present findings to our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client’s brand and consumer insights teams. Use your energy and motivation to evaluate data, find key insights, and recommend action steps to directly impact strategies and decisions for our clients. Client Insights Analysts at Circana possess and execute four key skill sets: Analytic Capability: Use a systematic approach to solving problems that involve breaking them into smaller pieces, tracking the implications of situations, generating multiple alternatives, and making comparisons of potential solutions before taking action. Quality Control: Drive to achieve high-quality results through effective data integrity. Planning and Organizing: Determine effort and resources required to meet objectives; able to plan, coordinate, and manage resources effectively to ensure task completion. Client Focus: Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related fields
  • Marketing and/or sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated or point-of-sale (POS) data
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
  • Experience with syndicated data
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and in small group environments
  • Able to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
  • Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in [retail, CPG, or general merchandise] to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
  • Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
