Clinical Information Systems Credentialed Trainer
About The Position
The Credentialed Trainer leads end user training using the curriculum approved by principal trainers. Develops training documentation that is approved by the Principal Trainer. Assists in maintaining the Epic Training Class Schedule and corresponding attendees. Facilitates Clinician/end user efficiency sessions, one-on-one meetings, and department-based sessions. The Credentialed Trainer also provides at-the-elbow support and collects valuable feedback from end users, reporting that information to the principal trainer. Credentialed Trainers will represent Epic in operational meetings as needed. Reviews new application enhancements/upgrades and assists in the development of implementation plans. This individual must maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and other staff and perform other duties as assigned.
