As our Clinical Informatics Support Specialist, you will support, communicate, and organize implementations, optimizations, system upgrades, and new-user education for end users within a care setting. You will function as a subject matter expert and liaison, developing and maintaining relationships with end users to ensure efficient use of clinical and business systems. Every day you will troubleshoot system issues and address the general needs of end users, while assisting in the evaluation and development of current and future state workflows. You will work collaboratively with teams across the organization to optimize training, curriculum, and outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to troubleshoot effectively and support workflow improvements. A collaborative approach and subject matter expertise will help you drive efficient system use and positive outcomes for end users.
