About The Position
This is a hybrid position located at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in northern Illinois. The role is 100% FTE, with hours to be established during the hiring process. Additional compensation components may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Residency training in pharmacy practice, drug information, informatics or pharmacy administration or equivalent.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible.
