About The Position

This position will be responsible for managing the hospital system's data analysis, information management, and technology integration activities. Works closely with medical staff, hospital administration, and IS teams to ensure that our data and information systems are optimized, secure, and meet regulatory requirements. Serves as the primary strategic liaison between clinical departments (Nursing, Quality, Providers, Executive Leadership) and Information Systems to leverage technology for improved patient outcomes, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), Health Informatics, or a related field required.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Strong knowledge of healthcare data management principles, including analytics, data visualization, and clinical decision support.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare information technologies.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree (MSN or Health Informatics) preferred.
MEDITECH experience preferred.
