The Clinical Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in the Masimo Implementation Team, working proactively with internal and external customers to ensure the success of on-site implementations. This role involves managing inventory distribution, providing clinical user training and support, and becoming an expert in Masimo technology and products. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of critical care or related clinical experience.
Leadership experience.
Track record of coordinating with multiple key stakeholders to deliver results.
Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in PC use and Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Independent problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination of on-site activity at implementations.
Collaborate with the Clinical Lead on education and installation plans.
Educate hospital staff on Masimo products and devices.
Support installations by delivering products to hospital units, providing follow-up education, and decommissioning devices.
Perform Inventory Management roles.
Acquire knowledge and become an expert of Masimo technology and products.
Coordinate the equipment needs of implementations with Masimo Corporate headquarters.
Coordinate with healthcare facilities and OEM partners to ensure a successful transition to Masimo Products.
Drive the process to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Present a positive and professional image reflective of Masimo Corporation.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
