About The Position

Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. The children we serve are at the heart of everything we do and we are passionate about our commitment to having a meaningful impact in the lives of our children and their families. Our Clinical Fellows are energetic, motivated individuals who provide high quality ABA Therapy, collaborate with our clinical leaders, and help our learners maximize their potential. These individuals possess great professionalism and communication skills at Ally Behavior.

Requirements

  • Tenure with Ally Behavior as a RBT, having exited your 90-day introductory period
  • In good standing with no active disciplinary actions
  • Must be actively enrolled in or have completed a Master’s program in ABA
  • Due to the nature of working with young children, all clinical staff are required to change diapers, assist with toileting, and be able to physically work on the floor with children.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Intention to pursue BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Valid RBT certification
  • BLS Certification
  • Ability to be on-site from 8:45am-5:15pm Monday through Friday required
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Works one-on-one direct with clients for a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Support less senior RBTs on the team and assist with unrestricted activities
  • Collect and track data to monitor client progress through Central Reach
  • Responsible for submitting client session notes within 24 business hours
  • Implement BCBA-developed treatment plans that are unique to each child
  • Report client progress to the BCBA and assist in updating goals as necessary
  • Assist the BCBA with training families on treatment plan implementation
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and attend team meetings as scheduled
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality according to HIPAA protocol
  • Be present at the assigned location from the hours of 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM Monday through Friday.
  • Attend morning all-staff meetings at 8:45 AM

  • Maintaining clinical excellence by reaching out to Clinical Leadership teams with more challenging clinical needs/concerns.

  • Foster a collaborative working environment amongst other clinical disciplines
