Physician Fellow - Clinical Teaching & Simulation
About The Position
Vituity is seeking highly competitive and motivated candidates with a strong interest in medical education and simulation for a one-year clinical teaching and simulation fellowship for the 2024-2025 academic year. This program includes dedicated hours for academics, clinical hours with the EM residency at Kaweah Delta Medical Center and surrounding sites, and the opportunity to lead educational sessions for various learners including residents of multiple specialties, high school students, and ancillary staff. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians, offering autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency program.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
- Able to obtain a CA state medical license.
- Strong interest in simulation and medical education.
Responsibilities
- Lead educational sessions for a variety of learners, including residents of multiple specialties, high school students, and ancillary staff.
- Engage in clinical hours with the EM residency at Kaweah Delta Medical Center and surrounding sites.
- Dedicate time to academic pursuits within the fellowship program.
