This role serves as a member of the school’s multidisciplinary team and IEP program team. The Clinical Fellow (CF) Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will offer consultation and collaboration with school staff and parents in support of student goals. The position involves providing speech therapy to K-8 students, assisting with screenings and initial evaluations, and developing treatment plans. The role requires conducting assessments, analyzing results, and preparing reports to identify strengths and concerns in all communicative domains. It also involves using professional literature and evidence-based research to inform practice decisions, participating in required meetings, and ensuring evaluations and intervention plans align with school, state, and federal guidelines. The CF SLP will also assist stakeholders in referring suspected speech and language delays/disorders.
