About The Position
Marin Post Acute is seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our outstanding rehabilitation team. This is a unique opportunity to complete your Clinical Fellowship in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute setting while receiving mentorship from an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist. One of our exceptional SLPs is available and excited to provide CF supervision and mentorship, helping you build clinical confidence, strengthen your skills, and successfully complete your Clinical Fellowship year. As a Clinical Fellow, you'll receive hands-on mentorship, clinical support, and the opportunity to learn from an experienced rehab team dedicated to helping you succeed. We are committed to developing future Speech-Language Pathology leaders while providing exceptional care to our patients.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for California SLP Clinical Fellow licensure/registration
- Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute, or Rehabilitation experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, assess, and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and families to support patient outcomes
- Educate residents and caregivers regarding treatment goals and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to maximize independence and quality of life
