About The Position
Skylake Post Acute is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team in Thornton, Colorado. As one of the largest skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Colorado, Skylake Post Acute is a top choice for rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care. The SLP will work as part of an inter-disciplinary team providing Speech Therapy services to residents. Clinical Fellows are welcomed, and the position offers a competitive pay rate of $46-$50/hour.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech Program by ASHA.
- Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Speech Therapist License (required)
- CPR (as requested)
- Successfully completed a national examination in SLP approved by the HHS Secretary.
- Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)
