About The Position
Manhattanville Health Care Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate to complete their Clinical Fellowship while developing strong clinical skills in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship in New York
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
- Provide therapy focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia
- Track progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
- Collaborate with nursing, PT, OT, physicians, and other members of the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
