About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) for a full-time opportunity in our skilled nursing facility. This position is designed to provide strong mentorship, hands-on clinical experience, and a supportive environment to help you successfully complete your Clinical Fellowship Year.
Requirements
- Eligible to begin Clinical Fellowship Year
- Strong interest in geriatric rehab and dysphagia management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations under supervision
- Provide individualized therapy treatments for communication, cognition, and dysphagia needs
- Work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary rehab teams
- Build clinical skills in documentation, Medicare guidelines, and treatment planning
- Receive ongoing mentorship and support throughout your CFY experience
