About The Position

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, a world-renowned center for oncological care and research, invites applications for a full-time, open rank clinical faculty appointment in the Department of Musculoskeletal Imaging, Division of Diagnostic Imaging. The department is known for its balanced work-life and collegial culture. The Musculoskeletal Imaging Department comprises 11 musculoskeletal radiologists dedicated to providing diagnostic imaging services for patients with known or suspected malignancy. Utilizing conventional radiographs, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and positron emission tomography (PET), the department plays a crucial role in diagnosing, staging, and following up these patients.

Requirements

Medical degree
Board-certification or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology
Licensure by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners
Certification in either Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Post-residency fellowship training in a musculoskeletal, neuroradiology, and/or body imaging program
Demonstrated commitment to excellence and service
Potential to be outstanding in their field of expertise
Interest in fulfilling the common goals of MD Anderson
