About The Position

This part-time role involves administering therapy treatments under the direct supervision of a licensed leader. The Clinical Exercise Specialist will provide quality exercise and health education for patients, ensuring a safe, pleasant, and professional atmosphere. The position requires productivity and efficiency in daily operations, establishing and updating exercise programs to meet client/participant needs, and supervising/assisting clients/participants with their daily exercise sessions while ensuring their safety. The role also involves providing effective instruction to clients/participants and their families through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training, supporting the health education needs of the center, and assisting Therapists/Providers in delivering effective treatment plans. Documentation of patient response to treatment and completion of other clinical duties as assigned are also key responsibilities. The specialist should demonstrate the ability to offer support and potential enhancements of services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Health Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Recreational Therapy, Physical Education, or Clinical Exercise Physiology.
  • 1 year of clinical experience required.
  • Front desk admin experience
  • Personal training experience
  • Gym coverage
