About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is a premier concierge private-pay home care agency dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking an experienced and motivated clinical leader to serve as the Executive Director for our Manhattan branch and play a key role in the continued growth and success of our organization. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a nursing professional who is passionate about clinical excellence, operational leadership, and delivering outstanding client-centered care. This position requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, to support clients and families as needed.

Requirements

  • Active RN or LPN license
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful home care management experience
  • Strong knowledge of NYS home care regulations, compliance, and quality standards
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong client and family communication abilities
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • RN strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven success leading high-performing home care teams

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all branch operations, including strategic planning and business development, financial oversight and operational performance, regulatory compliance and quality assurance, clinical and administrative team leadership, and client and family relationship management.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that drive branch growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and client care.
  • Conduct interdepartmental meetings and provide performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Mentor, support, and develop clinical and administrative teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all New York State and federal home care regulations.
  • Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.
  • Implement corrective action and performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Manage branch budgeting, revenue, expenses, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service concerns.
  • Provide compassionate and professional communication with clients and families.
  • Maintain ongoing follow-up and support to ensure exceptional care experiences.
  • Respond proactively to changing client care needs.
  • Develop and maintain referral relationships and community partnerships.
  • Represent Affirmed Home Care within the community and with regulatory agencies.
