About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN or PT/OT/SLP) to join our Harrisburg, PA home health visits office. This office provides high-quality home health services to senior clients throughout Harrisburg. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in supporting clinical excellence, mentoring field staff, and ensuring exceptional care delivery for our clients.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or PT/OT/SLP license required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
- Home Health experience required
- Prior management experience required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care
- Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Harrisburg and surrounding areas
- Develop individualized care plans and oversee implementation of services
- Supervise and support RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, and other field clinicians
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
- Conduct competency evaluations for both new and tenured staff
- Review and monitor clinical documentation within Home Care Home Base
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives
