Build leaders, not just teams: coach Site Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians to raise performance across the board. Set the direction: translate strategy into execution that improves uptime, compliance, and growth. Sit at the table: partner with hospital executives to solve complex challenges and expand services. This is true scale—you’ll lead a portfolio with meaningful revenue and visible impact across a health system. Requirements

  • 7+ years managing in clinical engineering or a similar environment with proven business leadership (required)
  • 3+ years leading people and developing leaders (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, related field or equivalent experience (required)
  • Strong financial management and strategic planning experience

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
  • Experience requirements may be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program although the preferred path for program graduates is to gain experience as a Site Manager first.
