Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical or allied health field required
  • Proven working knowledge and a minimum of 2+ years' experience with proprietary Practice software including ARTWorks, FERT, NextGen, and Phreesia
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated organization, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to establish professional relationships and work well with physicians, supervisors, and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Works well independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Nurse preferred
  • 5 years of Fertility experience strongly recommended

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and audit the organization's program for orientation and training for all clinical support staff in the practice
  • Develop, implement and monitor the organization's training program in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of the organization
  • Oversee, direct, deliver, and ensure delivery of educational initiatives across the practice
  • Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster clinical awareness within the non­-clinical areas of the organization
  • Administer and track compliance with staff competencies related to their role; work closely with local office supervisors to ensure best practices are being followed
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and calling for assistance from other health care support personnel when appropriate
  • Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medical waste procedures, and chemical and hazardous material storage
  • Ensure operation of equipment by following manufacturer’s instructions; report problems or malfunctions to appropriate staff member
  • Attend meetings as assigned; communicate issues where appropriate
  • Cooperate, interface and work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
  • Communicate directly with all new medical assistants, PCCs, and office supervisors
  • Have the ability to travel for this role up to 1 week per month
