About The Position
The Clinical Educator RN carries out a plan of educational activities to enhance, promote, and maintain the standard of care within the hospital. This is a full-time, day-shift position at UT Health Tyler in Tyler, Texas.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; a BSN is required.
- Current Texas license as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and before providing direct patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in nursing.
- At least two years of management or teaching experience.
- Familiarity with the organization and functions of other disciplines within the hospital.
- At least five years of acute care clinical experience.
