About The Position

As a Clinical Education Specialist, you will deliver clinical training and education on GE HealthCare Molecular Imaging solutions, helping customers maximize clinical outcomes, image quality, and operational efficiency. You will partner closely with customers during installations, go-lives, and post-implementation activities to ensure safe and effective use of equipment. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and support the adoption of new technologies and digital learning tools. You will collaborate with Sales, Service, and Clinical Education teams to drive customer success across your territory. This field-based role requires extensive travel and regular engagement with healthcare professionals at customer sites throughout Nordics & Netherlands. Candidates for this role are currently based in the Nordics, are full time available and in possession of a driving license. A company car is part of the compensation package. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare discipline;
  • Relevant clinical or applications experience within Molecular Imaging, including Nuclear Medicine and/or PET
  • Fluency in English and one other Nordic language, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to deliver clinical education, training, or applications support to healthcare professionals;
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse customer audiences;
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, spending approximately 70–80% of working time at customer sites.
  • Possession of a driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite and remote clinical applications training for Molecular Imaging systems, ensuring customers achieve proficiency and confidence in equipment use;
  • Partner with Sales, Service, and Clinical Education teams to coordinate system installations, clinical go-lives, and user adoption activities;
  • Support customers in optimizing clinical workflows, image quality, productivity, and patient care outcomes;
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers by providing ongoing clinical support and timely solutions to their needs;
  • Promote the clinical and operational value of GE HealthCare solutions by aligning product capabilities with customer requirements and objectives;
  • Develop and maintain a network of key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders across the assigned territory;
  • Support customer events, workshops, trade shows, user meetings, and educational programs through presentations, demonstrations, and clinical expertise;
  • Utilize digital education tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences and support GE HealthCare’s digital transformation initiatives;
  • Accurately document training activities, customer visits, and interactions in accordance with local processes and compliance requirements.
