About The Position

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist (CES) to join their XP Women’s Health team, focusing on Mammography systems and software. This role involves combining clinical expertise with a passion for education to help healthcare providers deliver early detection and better outcomes for women. The specialist will deliver on-site clinical training, prepare training materials, provide ongoing support, act as a clinical expert and ambassador, complete documentation, and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

8+ years of clinical experience in mammography
ARRT certification in Mammography (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High degree of professionalism and customer focus
Willingness and ability to travel extensively—up to 95% nationwide

Nice To Haves

Experience training others, or in a supervisory/leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences or a related field

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site clinical training for Siemens MAMMOMAT systems, post-processing workstations, and associated software.
Prepare training materials and tailor the approach to meet the specific needs of each healthcare facility and team.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer confidence and long-term success with the system.
Act as a clinical expert and ambassador for Siemens Healthineers, helping build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Complete documentation and reports in line with compliance and core processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Modality teams to promote knowledge sharing and team success.
