The Clinical Education Program Supervisor, Hands-On Learning provides leadership and operational oversight for hands-on clinical education program initiatives designed to complement existing educational offerings. This role is responsible for implementing and operationalizing learning experiences that support clinical confidence, skill development, deliberate practice, mentorship, coaching, feedback, and hands-on learning opportunities. The Supervisor serves as the primary operational leader for hands-on learning initiatives, partnering with internal teams, subject matter experts, educational partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, participant engagement, and measurable outcomes. This role requires a highly collaborative professional who can build relationships across multiple functions, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives from planning through implementation to achieve desired outcomes. Heartland Dental is the nation's largest dental support organization, providing non-clinical administrative support services to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in 1,900+ dental offices.
