About The Position

Memorial Hermann Surgery Center – Woodlands Parkway is hiring a Clinical Director. This role is responsible for leading the clinical team, ensuring excellence in patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. The Clinical Director will play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of the facility, driving the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain the center's reputation. The position requires weekdays only, with some later evenings required, but no holidays or weekends. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Requirements

Current RN license
ASC or Hospital experience required
RN Circulating experience required
Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position
Experience in clinical supervision and program management
Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures
Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
Excellent communication and people skills
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
