About The Position

Columbia Community Mental Health (CCMH) is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. Requirements

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required.
Three to five years related work experience to include Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required.
Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
Candidates must be legally employable by a U.S. business

Nice To Haves

Licensure preferred-LCSW or LPC.
The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with 5+ years of experience in behavioral health, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and oversees ICSS department operations and staff.
Oversees a dynamic and growing department that provides vital and lifesaving services to the people of Columbia County.
Utilizes sound clinical judgment to oversee delivery of client services and contracted programs, with a constant focus on safety, compliance, and satisfaction for clients, staff, and community stakeholders.
Utilizes a variety of clinical and organizational tools and professional skills, with no day ever looking exactly the same.
