About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Clinical Director at Duval Academy in Jacksonville, FL. Duval Academy is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving moderate-risk male youth aged 13 to 18 who require behavioral/mental health and substance abuse services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while at the program. Rite of Passage is a leading national provider of programs and opportunities for troubled and at-risk youth from social services, welfare agencies and juvenile courts. Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or human services
• Four years of related experience in residential facility management
• Current Florida licensure - LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC

Responsibilities

• Assessing student mental health needs
• Supervising the activities and staff that provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Monitoring students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications
