About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Director for its Detox and Residential treatment facility in South Bend, IN. This role involves providing daily clinical leadership and supervision to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and the effective execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap. The Clinical Director will cultivate and maintain a skilled clinical treatment team, offering consistent oversight, support, and professional development. Additionally, the role requires overseeing client engagement and morale, fostering a warm and recovery-oriented atmosphere, and ensuring impeccable and timely client documentation in collaboration with Utilization Review.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
- 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred
- 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
- Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Responsibilities
- Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
- Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
- Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
- Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
- Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
