About The Position

Senior Psych Care (SPC) is seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to join their interdisciplinary care team. This role involves delivering in-person therapy services to older adults in nursing home settings, aiming to improve their emotional well-being and quality of life. SPC is a leader in integrative behavioral health services across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, focusing on a collaborative, patient-centered care model aligned with CMS standards.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Must be licensed to practice in Oklahoma

Nice To Haves

• Experience in geriatric mental health
• Experience working in nursing home or assisted living settings

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy in the nursing home setting
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and facility staff for holistic patient care
• Offer staff training and in-service education to facility staff
