About The Position

The Clinical Director provides training and mentoring to a multi-disciplinary team of professionals who provide recovery oriented, clinical mental health services. The Clinical Director exemplifies the values inherent in recovery-oriented services, including creating a respectful work environment, actively engaging people in community services, and participating in continuous quality improvement. The Clinical Director provides guidance and support in clinical documentation, engagement strategies, risk mitigation, and therapeutic interventions. The Clinical Director is responsible for providing clinical supervision and assists in selecting intervention strategies for persons receiving services in both group living environments and in their own homes as part of the community that we serve. Requirements

  • Master’s degree and independent licensure (LICSW or LMHC) required.
  • Four years related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate others, as well as promote collaboration amongst team members and foster a cohesive work culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language).
  • Ability to provide supervision and guidance.
  • Willingness and ability to engage with stakeholders such as the Department of Mental Health, healthcare providers, and families.
  • Scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in an on-call rotation.
  • Engages with stakeholders such as the Department of Mental Health, healthcare providers, and families.
