About The Position

As Clinical Director, you will: Lead and mentor the veterinary team Partner with the Hospital Manager to drive hospital success Support clinical quality, standards, and compliance Guide DVM development and mentorship Contribute to hospital growth and clinical excellence Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases You’ll play a key role in helping VetnCare deliver on our mission of “next-level care, next door.” VetnCare is a growing community of 12 veterinary hospitals across Northern California, founded on the belief that exceptional pet care starts with exceptional people. Requirements

DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
Licensed (or eligible) in California
5+ years clinical experience
Leadership experience as Medical Director, Clinical Director, or Lead Veterinarian preferred
Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and high-quality medicine

$180 -$225k base salary, + uncapped production bonus for unlimited earning potential with no negative accruals
