About The Position

We’re hiring a Clinical Director who wants to lead one of the nation’s most innovative programs serving adults with severe mental illness while helping build the future of behavioral healthcare. You’ll oversee an established outpatient program serving 100–200 active members across PHP, IOP, and maintenance levels of care. This role combines clinical leadership, team development, admissions oversight, quality improvement, and direct influence on patient outcomes.

Requirements

Hold an active California LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PMHNP, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist license.
Experience leading clinical teams and supervising clinicians.
Experience working with severe mental illness, addiction, inpatient psychiatry, residential treatment, PHP, IOP, or community mental health populations.
Comfortable balancing clinical leadership and operational accountability.
Enjoy mentoring clinicians and improving systems of care.
Willingness to step in and support patients when needed.

Responsibilities

Partner with operational leadership in a true DIAD model.
Influence clinical outcomes at scale.
Work with highly complex SMI populations.
