About The Position

FYZICAL White Bear Lake, MN is looking for a Clinical Director to oversee and advance a successful outpatient physical therapy clinic. This role is ideal for a motivated Physical Therapist who enjoys leading teams, driving clinical excellence, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic practice. As part of one of the fastest-growing physical therapy organizations in the country, you’ll work within a model known for outstanding outcomes in orthopedic, vestibular, balance, and neurological rehabilitation. As our practice expands, your leadership and clinical expertise will help define our success and ensure exceptional experiences for both patients and staff. You’ll continue doing what you do best, treating patients, while helping to shape how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops. As a locally owned FYZICAL clinic, you’ll have access to national systems, training, and clinical resources to support your success.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible)
  • 3 - 5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Passionate about patient-centered outpatient care
  • Interested in leadership, mentorship, and long-term growth
  • Enjoys collaboration and building strong team culture

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans
  • Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
  • Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence
  • Help establish clinical standards, workflows, and best practices
  • Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and care quality
  • Mentor future therapists and support team development
  • Partner with ownership on clinic growth, community outreach, and referral relationships
  • Contribute to operational planning as the clinic expands
