About The Position

Clinical Director General Overview: JSSA has an immediate opening for a Clinical Director to join our team. The Clinical Director oversees the clinical delivery of quality client care through direct supervision of the field staff. S/he will develop and implement policies and procedures to insure efficient and effective delivery of health services in a 24/7 environment. Position Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or closely related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant clinical supervision experience. Must possess a current Maryland license at the independent clinical practitioner level (LCSW/LCPC). Must maintain flexible work schedule with some on-call coverage on evenings and weekends. Strong leadership and team building skills are essential. A current, valid driver’s license with three points or fewer, proof of auto insurance (which meets minimum MD state requirements), and a current driving record are also required.

Requirements
