CAMH has a history of providing mental health and addiction care for third-party funded programs supporting workers and related populations, a demand that has grown. The organization is committed to high-quality, timely service and collaborates with various organizations to deliver these programs. This new Director position is crucial for strategically advancing and delivering these programs with partners. The Clinical Director, Work Oriented Clinical Programs will report to the Senior Vice President, Clinical Care and will provide strong leadership to managers, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff. Working in a dyad model with the CAMH Medical Lead, the Director will advance the program's work with partners by collaborating with stakeholders to develop a future-oriented vision and directing program activities to achieve it. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality patient care, health science education, research integration, and cost-effective management of financial, clinical, and human resources. The Director will also participate in CAMH forums and committees and collaborate with finance and business development to explore new opportunities.
