About The Position

Vetter Health Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director of Senior Living to provide clinical leadership and operational support for their Assisted Living communities throughout the Vetter network. For over 50 years, Vetter Health Services has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through exceptional care and service. They support over 35 skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, and independent living communities, guided by their mission of "Dignity in Life." The Clinical Director of Senior Living plays a key leadership role in supporting Assisted Living communities across the organization. This position works closely with clinical leaders and community teams to promote outstanding resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. In addition to supporting day-to-day clinical operations, this role will help implement new services, strengthen collaboration across Vetter's continuum of care, and mentor clinical leaders as they grow professionally and develop their leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Previous leadership experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, or related healthcare settings.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Knowledge of Assisted Living regulations, policies, and operational standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and support employee development.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, serving communities from Alliance, Nebraska to Springfield, Missouri, and the Home Office in Elkhorn, Nebraska.

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to Assisted Living leadership teams.
  • Promote quality outcomes, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical partners to enhance resident services.
  • Support the growth and development of new programs and care initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop clinical leaders throughout the organization.
  • Partner with service lines across the continuum of care to improve coordination and resident outcomes.
  • Assist communities in achieving organizational goals while maintaining resident-centered care.
