About The Position

The Clinical Director of Behavioral Health provides supervision to Behavioral Health Therapists and assists in the management of all outpatient clinic administrative functions. The Clinical Director supports all aspects of the treatment team to provide evidence-based treatment to children and their families within an outpatient behavioral health clinic, school, and/or virtual setting, in accordance with agency vision and mission. This includes ensuring that client services are delivered efficiently and to the quality standards of the organization and licensing and payor regulations. The Clinical Director will evaluate the organization’s and community’s needs and develop programs accordingly in conjunction with CI’s strategic plan. The Clinical Director will work collaboratively with leadership throughout CI to implement integrated treatment models and services. This position supervises all Behavioral Health Outpatient Team Members.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling or related degree required.
  • Master's prepared clinician and license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT required.
  • Must qualify as a mental health professional.
  • Experience working with children/families with diverse cultures, and children with disabilities (sensory, cognitive, physical) required.
  • Two years of supervisory experience required.
  • Act 33/34 Clearances, FBI Clearance
