The Clinical Director (LCSW) serves as the clinical leader for Behavioral Health and Addiction Medicine Services and is responsible for the oversight, development, and continuous improvement of behavioral health programming across the center. This role provides leadership in clinical operations, quality management, program development, staff support, regulatory compliance, and patient care initiatives. Working collaboratively with medical, psychiatric, operational, and community partners, the Clinical Director ensures the delivery of integrated, patient-centered behavioral health services while advancing strategic goals, expanding access to care, and supporting sustainable program growth. The Clinical Director champions evidence-based practices, promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, and fosters a culture of excellence in service delivery and patient outcomes. The Clinical Director will maintain a clinical caseload, facilitate therapeutic groups, provide comprehensive assessments, coordinate treatment planning, and support the expansion of addiction medicine and behavioral health services throughout the organization.
