About The Position

At Mercy Plus, our Clinical Directors are both clinical leaders and practicing BCBAs. This role is designed for an experienced clinician who wants to stay connected to client care while having the time, autonomy, and support to lead and develop a strong clinical team. Clinical Directors typically maintain 15–20 billable hours per week, allowing dedicated time for clinical leadership, clinician development, quality oversight, and center support. Your time in the center is primarily focused on client care, supervision, leadership responsibilities, and the needs of your team. Eligible non-billable work can be completed from home, giving you greater flexibility in how you structure your week while continuing to meet clinical and leadership expectations. Our centers serve clients throughout the day, including after-school hours, so some later-day availability is needed to support clinicians, clients, supervision, and parent training.
