About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced and collaborative clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while supporting the growth and development of both clients and clinical staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA seeking a leadership role with strong operational support, manageable clinical expectations, and the ability to help shape clinic culture and clinical excellence within a growing organization. At Autism COE, our Clinical Directors are supported by experienced operational teams, administrative staff, and executive leadership so they can focus on mentorship, clinical quality, and team development instead of operational chaos.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
• Must be eligible to practice in Virginia
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required
• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families

Nice To Haves

• Prior BCBA leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned clinic
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
• Ensure high-quality ABA programming and clinical integrity across services
• Conduct behavioral assessments and oversee treatment planning
• Monitor client progress and provide clinical guidance as needed
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of clinical team members
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with operational leadership to support clinic success and growth
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and clinically excellent clinic culture
