About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced and collaborative Clinical Director / BCBA for our Colonial Heights, VA clinic. This role is ideal for a BCBA passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services and supporting the growth of clients and clinical staff. It offers a leadership opportunity with strong operational support, manageable clinical expectations, and the chance to influence clinic culture and clinical excellence within a growing organization. Clinical Directors at Autism COE are supported by operational teams, administrative staff, and executive leadership, allowing them to focus on mentorship, clinical quality, and team development.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
• Must be eligible to practice in Virginia
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required
• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families

Nice To Haves

• Prior BCBA leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned clinic
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
• Ensure high-quality ABA programming and clinical integrity across services
• Conduct behavioral assessments and oversee treatment planning
• Monitor client progress and provide clinical guidance as needed
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of clinical team members
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with operational leadership to support clinic success and growth
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and clinically excellent clinic culture
