About The Position

Seeking a Remote Clinical Dietitian to support Baptist Health Systems. The Clinical Dietitian will provide evidence-based nutrition assessments, care planning, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support optimal patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close coordination with the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Licensed Dietitian in TN and willing to obtain a license in AR, MS, in the state of practice as applicable
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Prior Remote Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
