About The Position
Provides leadership, education, research, advance practice consultation and clinical expertise for population-based nursing care. Facilitates the integration of patient disease and medical treatment, designing, implementing and evaluating program of care.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Nursing required.
- Previous experience as a Certified Diabetes Educator.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- California RN license required.
- BLS required.
- Certified Diabetes Educator.
- Current California Driver's License required with proof of validation of insurance.
