Requirements

Medical Laboratory Medicine degree
Minimum of 5+ years of experience
Advanced working knowledge of EP Evaluator statistical software
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of the fundamentals of databases and data structures including tables, hierarchical structures, and flat files
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions at one time
Efficient and effective oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with the College of XX Pathologists (CAP) regulatory checklists
Familiarity with chemistry laboratory verification and inspection expectations

Nice To Haves

Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist certification with 3+ years of experience
Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools

Responsibilities

Import clinical data from field operations using statistical software.
Provide feedback and guidance to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain master data.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Enter, create, maintain, and archive designated master data within the span of responsibility.
Foster automated and efficient decision making throughout the organization.
Apply CLIA and CAP regulatory requirements to assess data for compliance and monitor its quality.
Take risks and implement ideas within established parameters.
