About The Position

Corner Home Medical is a family-owned organization providing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to Minnesota and surrounding communities. They are seeking a motivated Clinical / CPAP Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and support exceptional patient care. This role combines clinical expertise with sales strategy, offering meaningful work, face-to-face interaction, and daily variety. Requirements

Understanding of the DME market and CPAP industry
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Experience with Brightree and ADP software (training available)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and customers
Serve as a clinical resource, resolving clinical, billing, and documentation issues
Manage insurance documentation and support resubmissions as needed
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth transitions, training, and operational alignment
Support and coach sales staff to achieve individual and team performance goals
Forecast sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities
Negotiate contracts and evaluate products to ensure alignment with customer and industry needs
Attend conferences, industry events, and branch locations as required
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
