About The Position

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. This role involves executing Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supporting a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment focused on the customer. Mattress Firm is America’s largest specialty mattress retailer, with over 2,400 stores nationwide and a team of more than 6,000 Sleep Experts. The company aims to help people sleep well to live well and offers a career opportunity with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.

Responsibilities

Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
