About The Position
The Clinical Courier is responsible for assisting with daily discharges of patients by bringing them home or to their next level of care and to assist Care Management staff with daily tasks necessary to carry out discharge planning activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Professional, courteous, and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record acceptable under company and insurance guidelines.
- BLS certification required, or will obtain prior to transporting discharged patients.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
