With 9 automotive brands across 13 rooftops, our centralized accounting team operates from our Volkswagen store on Broadway Avenue in Littleton, providing consistent financial oversight and operational support to every dealership in the group. The Courier plays a critical role in keeping our operations moving efficiently. This position is responsible for transporting time-sensitive documents, vehicle paperwork, accounting materials, mail, and other business-related items between dealership locations and external partners. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while representing McDonald Automotive professionally throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Reliable, punctual, organized, anddetail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Basiccomputerand smartphone proficiency.
  • Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
  • Ability tofrequentlydrive throughout the workday and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Transport vehicle deal jackets, accounting documents, title paperwork, and other important materials between dealership locations.
  • Pick up and deliver mail,packages, and supplies from dealerships, vendors, and business partners.
  • Run daily deliveries to the post office, DMV, banks, and other business-related locations.
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments throughcourierand shipping services such as FedEx and UPS.
  • Sort, distribute, and organize incoming mail andpackages.
  • Assistaccounting, title, and administrative teams with document handling and filing projects.
  • Maintainaccuratedelivery logs and ensure chain-of-custody for sensitive documents.
  • Monitor supply levels and assist with transporting office supplies between locations as needed.
  • Perform routine errands and special projects asassigned by management.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with employees, customers, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Ensure all company vehicles areoperatedsafely and responsibly.
  • Follow company policiesregardingconfidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
