About The Position

Terros Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for its South Mountain clinic in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves leading an interdisciplinary clinical team that works with individuals diagnosed with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnoses under Court Ordered Treatment. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, a self-starter, organized, and compassionate. Requirements

  • GED/High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of behavioral health experience.
  • Interpersonal skills for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and community members.
  • Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening, and positive interactions.
  • Strong understanding of substance use, addiction, and recovery clinical skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
  • Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.
  • Must have a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to apply for one within 7 working days of assuming the role.
  • Schedule flexibility is required as this team provides services throughout weekday hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in PowerPoint and electronic medical record - NextGen preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the clinical supervisor of an interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness, or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment.
  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training and mentoring for case managers, peer mentors, peer health and wellness coaches, family mentors, and rehabilitation specialists on assigned team.
  • Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports.
  • Ensures that assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented (according to regulatory guidelines) for each member on their team.
  • Works under the direct supervision of the Health Center Director.
