Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Strong communication skills
Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team.
Excellent time management
Organized and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and medical database software.

Nice To Haves

Recent clinical scribe experience preferred

Responsibilities

Educate and guide patients on IVF procedures, treatment protocols, medications, and injections.
Counsel patients on infertility treatment protocols.
Telephone triage with patients regarding medication, treatment plans, and test results.
Coordinate infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans between patients and physicians.
Responsible for the ongoing communication between the Physician and patient.
Daily communication with providers on patient-related issues and findings.
Scribing for physicians
Coordinate upcoming procedures.
Schedule follow-up appointments.
